Women Only Class

Saturday 11:00 am

In addition to the regular mixed schedule we hold a Women Only Class on Saturdays. This class caters to the needs specific to female training whether it be for sport, self defence, domestic violence, self development and is in the comfort of like company. It is an addition to the regular training or can be a stand alone program and isolates the specific issues for the female practitioner whether it be a physical or deeper issue.

Beginners are welcomed.
